Die fünfte Ausgabe von Bravery ist eine Spezialausgabe über zwei abenteuerliche Fliegerinnen: Bessie Coleman und Amelia Earhart. Diese Edition ist ein “Flip-Flop” - denn es hat gleich zwei Frauenvorbilder für Kinder in nur einer Ausgabe. Mit zwei Covern, zwei verschiedenen Hauptgeschichten und einer Menge Erzählungen und Aktivitäten rund um Flugzeuge ist diese Edition wahrscheinlich die, mit der man am meisten Spaß haben kann! Außerdem gibt es ein wunderschönes “Be your own kind of brave” Poster zum Herausnehmen in der Mitte. Die Cover wurden von der Designerin D'Ara Nazaryan entworfen und auch diesmal gibt es 18 talentierte KünstlerInnen, FotografInnen und AutorInnen, die das Bravery Magazin so außergewöhnlich machen und unseren Kleinen spielerisch von inspirierenden Frauenvorbildern erzählen. Bravery ist kein Magazin wie jedes andere. Es bricht mit dem Stereotyp von menschlichen Helden und porträtiert echte und mutige Frauen.
Es ist wunderschön illustriert und nicht nur Mädchen und Jungs können spielerisch damit lernen, sondern auch wir Erwachsene können ein Stück Mut mitnehmen!
